Kristine Hill, Yoga Teacher


Kristine Hill has always challenged herself with various forms of fitness, from running to group fitness classes to hiking and swimming.  Early in her career, Kristine managed health clubs and taught several group fitness classes, but it wasn’t until fourteen years later that she took her first yoga class and discovered her lifelong passion.  Whether it is a yin, hatha, restorative, or vinyasa class, she loves them all!  In Kristine’s class, you can expect healing of the body, mind, and spirit with themed classes that start slowly, reach a peak, and then end with relaxation.  You will also learn about the moon phases, essential oils, and the chakras.  Healing stones and singing bowls are also often utilized in her class.

Kristine is a certified Ytt 200-hr teacher and is completing her 500- hour with a focus on Ashtanga.  She is also a Level 2 Reiki practitioner and utilizes Reiki in her restorative class and relaxation exercises.

Happily  married to the love of her life, Kristine has three children and co-owns an HVAC company.  She is filled with gratitude to be able to do what she loves and to share this gift with everyone she knows!
