I began my spiritual journey in my 40’s, some would say that’s late but in reality, I would say that was when I began looking for answers for myself rather than simply following what was given to me long before I even hit my teens.
I acquired my Integrated Energy Therapy certification and was applying it mainly for family. IET is a modality which works with the Angelic Realm. It is usually an hour session fully clothed with only shoes and jewelry removed. Bringing you closer to the Creator thru the purple ray. It is known for “removing the issues from the tissue”. I work on removing blockages that could be preventing you from living your biggest and most purpose or your best purpose.
I still felt I needed more so Akashic records came next. Akashic records are the records of your soul. As many times as your soul has come to this earth school and had experiences, it has been recorded for us. Sometimes also known as the Book of Life. We can find information from the time your soul was created, about your past lives, present situations, and future possibilities as well. Accessing these records can help us connect to our higher self which can better help direct our souls where we will benefit the

Then I found Reiki for myself. I had known about it for some time but to delve into it came later. Received my 1 st attunement and immediately felt I had come home, I had arrived. Practiced it for a while but felt restless again so acquired the next level Reiki 2. Universe directed me to want more, something just wasn’t complete. Then I came across Holy Fire ®, which led me to Karuna reiki® . This resonated with me. Karuna means compassion and I knew this was what I needed not only for me but for the world. A friend put it eloquently “this path is about finding your true self”. Not an easy path as you have to do the work, no one can do it for you.
