Yoga Classes

Our studio is quaint, private and perfectly lit by star paper lanterns to bring peace and tranquility to your yoga practice. Classes have a natural flow geared towards the needs of each student. Good Life Wellness Yoga educates people about their bodies and how to use them properly to avoid strain and injury. All levels of students are welcomed and encouraged to participate.

Our studio is at capacity with 14 participants, including instructor. We have mats and props, but invite you to bring your own.   Classes are typically 60-75 minutes.

**Please keep in mind that our yoga teachers have other jobs outside of yoga and families who love them.   Sometime this requires us to cancel classes.  Check the Good Life Wellness Facebook page for class cancellations.  If all else fails, we do try to post an old-fashioned, hand-written sign on the door of the studio to let you know that class is cancelled.  We appreciate your understanding.

Yoga Schedule as of February 15, 2021

Mondays at 5:30pm – Gentle Yoga with Shelley
In this class we work to keep the pace slow and even with a series of hatha yoga poses and an occasional flow to make sure everyone can enjoy a low- pressure, full-body relaxing practice.

Tuesdays at 6pm – Meditation with Jessaca
In this class we focus on reducing tension in the body and promoting relaxation.

Wednesdays at 6pm – Stretch and Breathe class
Invites the yoga student to move through a combination of yoga flow and restorative poses leaving everyone feeling re-energized and restored by the end of the practice.

Thursdays at 6pm – Restorative Yoga class
Using bolsters, blocks and blankets to support the body to stretch, relax and soften while the mind quiets and the emotional body is allowed to heal.

Saturdays at 9:30am  – Yoga for All
This is a class designed by our teachers to appeal to all levels of yoga students.  Our teachers will guide the class through the needs of the students in the room that day. Perfect for the beginner or the more experienced yogi.

Price Options
Per Class:  $10 each ($9 for students and 55+)
Multi-Class Pass: $45 for 5-class pass
Private lessons: $30-$50/session (Please contact us to schedule)
