Relaxation Massage – The soothing strokes of Swedish massage are used to stimulate the sympathetic nervous system creating a sense of calm and a state of total relaxation.

Myofascial Release – Using sustained pressure over time  for up to  2-5 mins to stretch and lengthen fascia. When fascia becomes tightened and painful, myofascial massage can help loosen the fascia and release the muscles and joints from restriction.

Deep Tissue Massage – A unique combination of firm pressure, Trigger Point pressure, sports massage, Myofascial, and stretching to enhance your range of motion and increase your flexibility.

Pregnancy Massage – Mother and baby are supported with pillows for comfort and safety. A relaxing gentle technique is used to reduce stress, improve circulation, and relieve muscle and joint discomfort.

Trigger Point Therapy – Trigger points can be viewed as “knots” in the muscle. These knots form from overuse, strain, toxic build-up, and simply from everyday use of the muscle. The build-up can begin to restrict blood flow and cause pain. This pain can be noticed when using the muscle or simply when the area is touched. The complex aspect of trigger points is that they very often and typically refer pain to another area. It is not safe to assume that the area of pain is the actual source of the problem.

Various techniques and tools can be utilized to release the trigger points, bringing relief to the tender area as well as the radiated pain. Many chronic and serious conditions have been successfully treated with Trigger Point Therapy.

Cupping
Cupping is an ancient Chinese therapy in which the therapist uses heated glass cups along the energy meridians of the body. A suction is created in such a way that increases blood and energy flow to boost the healing process. Cupping is used to treat coughs, asthma, and symptoms of the common cold. It can also be used for muscle aches and pain, especially back pain. Sliding cupping, in particular, leaves the muscles of the back relaxed and opens up movement and motility. Most people find cupping to be a wonderfully relaxing, comfortable, and effective treatment. Like massage, cupping can also be used to relieve stress, tension, and lower blood pressure. Cupping sometimes leaves circular marks on your back that can last from several days to a week or more.
